Pierce a.k.a. “The Mr.”

The all time easiest and most difficult question to answer is…who am I?
Here’s my take:
Medical student, former athlete, and family man. I’m often asked, “What kind of doctor are you going to be?” I still need to figure that one out but in the mean time I’m preparing myself for the honor and responsibility of taking care of others. My family makes me who I am and is number one on my priority list.
I describe myself as simple and complex. The simple things in life make me most happy: eating, sleeping, exercise, and hanging out with wifey. My interests are complex. I enjoy discussing any and every topic. A perfect day for me is learning something new, getting a good workout, making a difference, and being creative. Medical school is great for learning, but I’m thankful that He Said She Said blog allows me to be creative.
My Photo:
I’ve always been fascinated by technology. I’ve grown up in the Internet Age and been an active participant in it. I’m amazed at how advanced gadgets have become, but I am still more of an admirer than anything. I prefer not to get wrapped up in the latest and greatest but some things are just too cool to miss!
Brittany a.k.a. “Wifey”

Like the first day back to class in grade school I’d like to share my All About Me…
Here’s my blurb:
I’m working towards completing my college undergraduate degree. It’s been a lot of switching majors and schools; however, I am now focused more than ever. I’m excited to become a teacher and besides shaping lives I’m super excited for a name plate that reads “Mrs. H” on my desk.
In a nut shell I’m an old soul. I’m in love with vintage and classic things. I enjoy all genres of music. It may seem strange but mostly the kind that’s rather sad and depressing. It helps me get in touch with my introspective side. I’m a vegetarian and hope to plant a garden soon. Exercise is my addiction. On most days I’m an optimist. I’m down to earth, fun, obsessively organized, and energetic. In my free time I entertain and spend time with family and friends.

I like this photo so much. Not only was it taken by someone I admire but it highlights my personality. Growing up I never had a computer in my home. I would type homework assignments and letters just for fun. I miss typewriter and rotary phone days. I’m laid back and usually have a hint of a smile on my face.
